Refund Policy

At Ecohome Automation, we stand by the quality of our work. However, due to the nature of our custom smart home installation services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Consultations

Consultation fees (if any) are non-refundable unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Product Refunds

Products purchased through Ecohome Automations may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days, provided they are:

• In original condition and packaging

• Not damaged or installed

Some products (e.g., opened sensors or custom devices) may be non-refundable due to manufacturer restrictions.

3. Service Refunds

Completed installation services are non-refundable, but we are happy to address any issues through support or reinstallation when necessary.
